Recently my SanDisk Cruzer Blade 16GB stopped getting detected.

I already got from dead cheap when ol' pal letsbuy.com. Was about to throw it, when I thought, why not and called up SanDisk CC.

The rep spoke very politely asked for details, didn't have seria number (it got rubbed off the drive). She siad no problem, just ship it to us & we will replace it!

Got the replacement in 1 week!

Bought two more - a 32GB Extreme & a smaller 8GB Fit.
 
Had a superb experience about a year or two back - had bought them online as well.

Had to go to their office behind McDonalds - SakiNaka, got them replaced within 15 minutes.
 
I had an argument about the same with another chap in my office - he is (still) of the opinion that Transcend is better than Sandisk. To which, I started laughing, considering that I have done both RMA's and can vouch for Sandisk. Accel - :banghead:
