Graphic Cards Sapphire or PowerColor HD7750

Hi, I want a suggestion which Graphic Card should I purchased
I had choosed to purchased HD7750 1GB DDR5 but I confused between Sapphire & PowerColor in term of Quality as well as After sales service
My current system is
RAM : 4 GB DDR3 RAM Crosair
CPU : AMD FX 4100
Motherboard :Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
PSU: Crossair VS550
& Last thing I also want to know If I purchased Graphic Card ONLINE like Flipkart, will I get the warranty from service center in my area. I live in Mumbai, I am asking this because Flipkart mostly operated from Delhi. Does I get the warranty If I showed the Bill from Flipkart to the Service Center People ....... Sorry for such Question I never purchased from ONLINE especially Computer Accessory
