Graphic Cards Sapphire Rma problem

Hi,
I have a sapphire hd 5770 which was brought 2 years back it is giving me problems like after every reboot the card locks up and i have to unplug the powersuppply cable and plug it in after 5 minutes to reboot otherwise it will not post ,can somebody tell me who handles rma for sapphire.thanks
 
Sapphire RMA is handled by Aditya Infotech LTD,Here's their website-Aditya Infotech Ltd..If you're from mumbai then their service center is in Andheri West,Near Laxmi Industries,If not then check on their website or give them a call.Hope this helps.:)

I called the service center and they asked me to send the card by courier as it is another state,so i have sent it by courier.can you please tell me how many days will it take to get my card.
