Market Feedback Seller is not responding after receiving funds

He is a trusted seller. I have dealt with him in the past. Bought a HDD worth around 3.5k from him. The package reached me on time, it was just that packaging wasn't the best. Call him if you have is phone no and ask if he has anything to say.
 
Damn man you are impatient ! I thought this was some delay of over a week but its barely any time.

4 days is nothing in a big country like India. You should have demanded a better courier. One lens I shipped took 2 weeks to reach Chennai and I went on vacation with no access to phone. When I came back I saw the guys message that the lens still didn't reach him. He never made a huge hue and cry even though he had no way of contacting me as he trusted me enough to believe me when I said I shipped the lens.

I contacted the Blazeflash guys and found out that the delivery guy had kept the lens in his house or something. So it was not my fault or his fault but the courier company. How can you blame the seller for that ?
 
Its the seller's responsibility if the package is not delivered to the customer in time. Ebay for eg has strong methods of protection towards these type of problems, and it is the seller's responsibility on all terms
in this case better deal on ebay as TE or other forums work on trust and the seller have already made 16 deals to qualify for that
secondly no one can guaranty how much time a courier company will take .... better take a train or flight to deliver to meet the deadline
 
@kartiloli matter is not regarding courier delay here,matter is to send a small feedback to me regarding courier details.
I received the stuff for which I paid for and today I received a charger as well which was not sent with the phone though I never reminded him to do that.
Anyway from my side this epic is over.

Nope. Wrong. Very very wrong.

You cannot apply that logic in forums. Unless you buy from dealer section. The moment packs it well and ships it. Seller has no control over the item. Its the couriers fault. So many instances in TE itself. Dealers have what they call a business relation with courier agent, who makes sure of things. Thats why dealers usually pick a certain one.

If you want top qlty customer care, pay full price and get from dealers. People here are school goers, college goers, people who work elsewhere for a living.
They are just dumping things they don't want or dont find useful for a fair price to the people who want them at that price.
 
i think a negative feedback for both the parties doesnt justifies. only thing i can make out is that the seller didnt gave tracking details soon enough (he should have forgot... but this is the first thing to do after shipping)
for the buyer after getting the product in hand you should have submitted positive feedback (he didnt cheated you it was his ignorance in delay) so ask mods to revise the feedback and end the matter

There was time gap between payment and fake shipping, fake and actual shipping and providing of tracking number.

yes what PrateekS wrote is CORRECT except the tracking number-he only told me that he sent it via blazeflash.I would also like to add that before I opened this thread I was in touch with support team.Matter is over from my end and if moderators want to revise feedback for that guy I don't mind but I still stick to my views of non co-operative behaviour of seller in this matter.This saga could have ended easily without problem as seller had my cellphone number and he could have contacted me,neither I got PM nor got any feedback from him by SMS.

Hey man, the courier guy pics it from my office because we have dozens of documents daily, as usual, and returns receipts next day, But he did return box after 3 days because of weekend and rakhi as he needed some extra amount or document, i have no idea because my office guys deals with him so i got it couriered from other service, Oh come on I am not going to track it hourly, as usual it was going to get shipped without any hiccup but some phone related policy of theirs made this returned back in 2 working days. I dunno why you think i make false promises, delays do happen man, i ordered a phone on amazon on 13th and its not yet delivered, so what, it happens in buying stuff online.

I dont find anything fake in the explanation given here...because these kind of issues happens very often especially for people who works in a company and use their collection agent...
 
Hi, well I know it can be tough to wait sometimes, But I already explained the buyer that my courier receipts reach me next day by courier guys, and it delayed 3-4 days because of weekend+rakhi, and the pack was back to me, I apologise for not calling him to make things more clear, Yeah after a whole day of working i forget everything when i come back to home :D I know I am on a fault here, but i clearly mentioned the buyer that ill return his money his money if theres any more problem of any kind. stay cool.
