Forum Feedback Separate section for Web Design & Development ?

Won't it be better if we had a separate section for Web Design & Development, and help regarding the same ? This Section could handle threads and posts related to PHP, jQuery, HTML & CSS, etc, and solutions for problems related.

What do you say ?

Usually new sections are spun off when a certain topic starts swamping an existing section.

As of now there doesn't appear to be much on Web design/development in the Programming section yet to justify a separate section.

But we'll keep an eye out for it

yes, i am in for section like GRAPHICS, FREE EBOOKS, TEMPLATES & SCRIPTS.

it will be of great help, i think rather than waiting for suggestions from others, MODS should start one & then keep an eye, they can always close down if its not thriving, RIGHT ????

yeah, I feel the same way. There might be some ppl who wud like to share "How To" in Dreamweaver, Aptana, or like optimize images for web stuffs. May be, they hvn't got any particular sectio to post in...

I'd like to add a few points here.

Graphics & Eyecandy [strike]Design[/strike] section is related to web design and development partially.

All graphic design related queries or links go here.

There are sticky's in Graphics & Eyecandy section related to mostly web design stuff.

The programming type of questions for Flash actionscript, Javascript, ajax, Asp.net, etc can go to programming section, since these are scripting languages. Web design is a combination of all these media on a page, so we shouldn't really put all these things together.

People aren't even utilizing this section to its potential i believe.

I personally found programming section as not happening most of the days. Now considering it is in this state even though all languages can be discussed there; I doubt a separate section will be of any help.
