Well I am posting this at 3:40 pm IST and let us see what post time appears.

Ahhh, the server claims this was posted at 1:44 pm.

And yes, the timezone in UserCP is set to GMT +5:30 (Bombay, Calcutta...)
 
reported to admins a looong time ago :P but he's interested to solve some "avtar" problem instead :P
 
yea, this is known and admins are working on it, mostly coz the Arcade is brought back :ohyeah:
 
This will be taken care of soon.
Will notify about the correction in this thread.
Due to some installation and testing going on...it may remain like this for sometime.
