its not advisable to import UPS internationally.. the shipping costs would be very high. although there won't be much customs duty

Also keep in mind that this is a 120V based unit and will not work in India which operates at ~230?V

UPS systems are way more expensive in the US due to punitive duties on lead acid batteries. Plus they are 110V. Makes zero sense buying a UPS from the US.
