Hello,

As The Dealer Feedback thread is becoming hard to manage and understand for people, Microthreads for each dealer are being created to allow everyone to categorize their issues with one particular dealer and to allow the dealer to concentrate on his thread without having to go through pages and pages of feedback pertaining to all other dealers.

Kindly use these threads when necessary, but refrain from creating new ones when you have an issue as it becomes hard to manage for the dealers and people tend not to read your feedback after a while. Modifications will come in time as decisions are taken. Kindly bear with us till this process is completed. More updates soon...

very Happy with shopandship

which includes 8 orders from 1 July

These included one watch , 2 BB 9650 mobiles , 2 MIFI , Rayban frames and other things

They can improve their shipping time by removing Dubai stopover

But their customer service is excellent

karan and anuradha are damn good

Especially karan super fast response

Best i like about them is that they give the duty receipt

Have got so far 6 7 shipments.

Quite fast shipping and superb support from Indian team.

I also agree, Dubai stop seems unnecessary.

I wish they can remove it off.

I am using this service as its works well and Anuradha is benchmark for others to look up to when it comes to customer support and commitment.

Two things I want them to improve ..

Faster updation of shipment in Newyork dept.

If your shipment delivered on weekend then its hit or miss and updates are usually by Tuesday and Wednesday.

Person who takes delivery needs to assigned for this only and that person needs to responsible if shipment goes missing.unauthorized persons taking delivery and your shipment going missing is as bad as it can get.

Dubai stop please remove.it adds 2-3 days to transit time.

Rest of things are fine.

This is how a service like this should run.

Excellent service.

I do recommend it to others.

did it happen with you that is shipment missing

I think its less likely

As they have 2 guys dedicated for taking shipment in NY

I know that because karan game me their names

When you order from apple.com it asks you the name of guy who will take delivery

So karan gave me those

But please update us if your shipment was lost and found later

And ya this weekend this is bad

it takes 3/4 days for it to be updated
 
Received Oakleys which I ordered for my wife

Excellent service

My local aramex guy has started asking me if i can order one phone and Rayban for him also.....
 
But still i feel 7 days to receive a parcel is way better than a trackon or DTDC delivering a local parcel in the same time :clap:
 
Got my parcel from US to Delhi in 6 days flat (including a Sunday & Independence Day falling in between). I was mostly helped by Karan via email. Quick updates and an awesome delivery time. Couldn't have asked for more !

Will definitely order via SnS again.
