Shoppers Stop online Shopping is Fraud?

I ordered few items from Shopper's stop for an amount of 1047/- and there were able to send just one out of them which was priced 299/- only but they have charged both the amounts in my credit card . i.e.1346/-

I called there call centre about a dozen times and they are not still able to refund the amount and week has been passed.
How they can charge both the amounts. I smell something fishy out here.. can anybody shed light on it !

yeah pathetic site I ordered 2 items using net banking. They sent me one item and waiting for the refund for the other

No I didn't get any refund yet.

The customer service is really pathetic

actually i have shopped at shoppers stop a LOT of times , and i have never faced problem , you pay with your card and it is only charged if and only if the products are confirmed and shipped to you ...sometimes they cancel saying it is not in stock and some are shipped in which case only the stuff shipped to you is charged to your card ...once i even ordered 5 things at one time and it came in 5 different couriers , weird but they are not fraud

update...finally got my refund from my bank...this will be my first and last transaction on shoppersstop
