It should be temporarily removed/blocked instead of perm. deleted. Threads are getting deleted with missing “2 pics” with name and date notice.

Agreed but people/buyers tend to ignore those rules/flags regardless and contact via DM and move to whatsapp/telegram to conclude the deal. If by any chance it's a scam they'll fall for it and then blame forum mods/members for it. It is perhaps deleted for that reason especially for high value items.
