Forum Feedback Should we have some Rules for the 'Manufacturers' Section??

Firstly, this is not a rant thread about/against any particular manufacturer.

It is a mere suggestion that the Manufacturer representatives be made to login atleast once in every 2 days.

What is the point of having a Manufacturer Representative on TE if he/she doesn't login and read/answer the queries of the TE members??

I had posted a query on the Kingston Subsection on the 28th October, 2011: http://www.techenclave.com/kingston/is-my-kingston-sdhc-card-genuine-201774.html

Thereafter, I PMed the Kingston Representative on 29th October, 2011. Today is 31st October and I am yet to receive any reply to my query. :(

The Kingston Representative might be on a leave for all I know! But then, I don't see how/why the Manufacturer section is helping us! :S

Again, I repeat, I am not ranting here. :hap5: I have had excellent experience from CoolerMaster Rep Mr. Sanket here on TE. I even posted a thread extolling him and CM for the efforts here: http://www.techenclave.com/cooler-master/excellent-after-sale-service-coolermaster-thanks-196628.html

But then again, when I can appreciate the efforts of one person, I suppose I do have the right to suggest something for improving the efforts of another! :)
