Signature/avtar/desktop of the month

We will be starting the Signature/avtar/desktop of the month contest from April (this is no april fool stunt) and we would like encourage all our members to participate.

Even if you dont know a thing bout designing then also you can start off with some guidance from knowledgeable members. It isnt difficult at all.

All you have to ensure is that it is original for maximum weightage.

Besides the best Signature/avtar/desktop award, there would be one award for the best self-designed entry and the tutorial similar to that will be posted either by the user or by the staff with the guidance of that user.

The members can contact the staff members ....

Well you can wait and improve on your work... will improve your chance of winning.... and if you win, get ready to write a tut for us. :p

Well given the chance this would have been my entry but since i wont be participating, ill just write a tut on something similar.
How to prepare this from scratch.......

This is my entry to the desktop competition. I havent created it but wth i have collected stuff to make it look like this. I hope you guys like it.
 
nice looking theme.... also remember to collect and post the link to the various resources that you downloaded to compile the theme together so that others can have it too.
Like source to skin, wall, cursor pack, icon pack, winamp wmp skin, sysmetrix and all.
