Silent UPS Recommendation? (around 1000w)

Hello, I am looking for a UPS for my gaming PC (consumes are 500-600w peak, so probably something that supports 1000w) which doesn't beep/make noise when in use. Not sure if such a thing exists in the Indian market, but would be great if you know of one.

Most of the UPS's have 12ah or 9ah batteries. These are designed to provide you quick 2-3 mins to close safely and shutdown. I have 1500VA APC ups but it gives hardly 5 mins backup with 600w load. But this is only once, if you use up that 5 mins it will not provide backup if the power goes again in next few mins. If you want better and longer backup I guess its better to get inverter that has ups functionality.

Do inverters protect against surge in electricity? Surges happen very frequently in our country.

Cyber power, available on md. Only one I found that had a beep disable feature for <10kish, including APC, microtek, others.
