i am absoulutely
new in this........... that means
no experience of programming anywhere whatsoever
so what i need is help! on how i can understand the basics perfectly if not quickly.....

If you want to learn Java, there's a wonderful book for beginners called 'Head First Java' by Kathy Sierra. Would recommend you give it a try, it's lucidly written and fun to read.
