they ppovide mediocre sound quality. what they have is only the looks. if you're getting that for cheap then i think its good.

for who so ever is interested in skull, go ahead and buy em, its awesome vfm and they sound gr8.
i can personally vouch for the skullcandy Hesh

Skullcandy sound worse than mediocre. If you consider SkullCandy to be good sound, then you definitely NOT heard anything else.

i personally use the Sennheiser cx-500 and the sennheiser hd-555. I guess that answers ur question of me not hearing good sound.

Coming back to the Hesh, again, they sound brilliant for the 45$ price tag.
Try getting a Bose, sennheiser or shure for that price and similar audio quality.

Skull's r CRAP. They may look Punkish ("in" these days)..... but audio-wise stear clear. No self respecting audiophile will even consider skullcandy....

Just the fact that you quote Bose, Senns & Shure in the same line is gonna force me to rest my case with you.

For everyone else, do take a look at SoundMagic/HeadDirect if you care about sound at a budget.
