MSI Hawk is available in Mumbai for 9700-9750.
I bought one last week from Rahul/TheItwares. ebay-listing might cost more but atleast the dealer is trustworthy.

Another option would be SMC International.
the rate on their website was 9600 last week. you can pm any of the dealers here and ask for ebay listing if you have coupons to use.
