Need a bit of advice for an SMPS. My current system config is -
Athlon X2 3600+ with an M2N-MX mainboard
4x1GB DDR II-667 RAM
1xSeagate 7200.11 320GB SATA HDD
2xWD 640GB SATA HDD(6400AAKS)
1XDVD Writer
6600GT PCI-e
Soundblaster Audigy 2
I was wondering what SMPS would complement it well. Some of the online calculators seem to suggest the usage would be around 335W, so a 400W SMPS should do. I was wondering whether it would make sense to go with a slightly higher one. I'm using an APC Value series 800 VA UPS so was wondering which SMPS to go for. While most threads seem to recommend the Corsair, I was a little confused as to the sine/non-sine relation between SMPS and UPS. Would the Coolermaster be recommended for me? Any other suggestions are more than welcome
