I am looking for Socket 775 Mobo with RAID function for Intel E5400 cpu (C2D)...

Gigabyte is preferred...
 
It does not.. It has ICH9 which does not have RAID support....

RAID supported southbridge chipsets from Intel have "R" in them viz...
