Hi

I want a free software which can automatically shut down my PC after a given time period.

If you just want to shutdown pc everyday at the same time after downloading then task scheduler can do the job.

use the run program option in task scheduler with the command: shutdown /s

it will shutdown comp automatically at the set time.
