Storage Solutions Software to check the health of hdd pcb

hello guys, i know that there are many softwares to check the health of the platters (the magnetic disk where data is stored) of a HDD
These softwares can diagonise problems in the platters alone and not in the HDD PCB. A HDD can fail even if there are issues with the PCB alone.

Is there such a software to check the HDD PCB. I think there are none. But if anyone has an idea about this plz let me know...
