Software to Convert WAV & MP3 to AAC

Hi Guys

As most of you people know that i am getting a SE K700i today.

Just wanted a list of good freewares or trial version of softwares which can
help me convert.

Software to Convert WAV & MP3 to AAC &
AAC back to Mp3 , Wav.

Hope there will be minimum quality loss.

The converted audio in AAC format will be used on the phone.

Plz help me guys also since many ppl here already have SE phones you might be already knowing some gr8 softwares to convert.

Also can we play Real or WMA format on SE K700i by chance.
I dont feel it might be supported.
 
DBpoweramp uses FAAC encoder , will the aac file encoded with it be compatible with SE k700i.

Also tried it with Super but at the end it gives error.
 
yeah..im for dbPowerAMP too.....i used to use it for my n-gage till i lost the phone :D tho if you have probs with the direct mp3->aac encoder (like i did) you'll have to encode mp3->mp4 and then mp4->aac,encoders for which are available at the site....
