Was looking out for some watches, and stumbled upon this epic(wtf) website :gap:

They're available on Ebay India & sell like hot cakes even though they don't have IMEI numbers.You also get a 'World's brightest LED' keychain free ! :ohyeah:

If branded, they would be worth 30-40k anytime.

But looking at them, if one is planning to get them with a Use-and-Throw mindset, they arent really bad ;)

Might consider 1 of the "notbooks" or the dualsim watchphone :gap:

Oh!, these people directly ship to India. My friend who is not a member of TE, ordered a watchphone and he got it in 2 weeks time.
 
Dude |Anish|, HTC never came out with a model called HTC P3470+.It's one of those Chinese masterpieces.I spotted a Nokia N88 in Mumbai not 1 week back & was wondering when it came out.I've even seen a Nokia underwear with the exact same logo on the strap & the hand in hand picture on the tag. :lol:
 
Dont buy bcoz its cheap, especially a watch, especially a watch from china. U show the world who u are by ur watch.
I dont trust anything from China even If u say tht you can get me a pet panda for 20 bucks with a 90% discount.

^^^^^^^^of course this is my personal opinion. Plz forgive me if I offended a panda lover here.

man awesome features and at this price it is a steal. Just that it is a no guarantee thing. I will try searching the local market here here in Shanghai some time later and see if i can lay my hand on this type of phone in future. It has been only 3 days for me here so dont know anything here
 
Some are bothered about status while others about price.Chinese mobiles aren't bad at all especially at that price.Face it guys, at least 99% of all the electronic equipments you use everyday are Made in China.But in this case our issue is National Security.These Chinese mobiles either completely lack of an IMEI number or have the same for a lot of say 1000.Those 26/11 terriorists used Chinese mobiles & hence were difficult to track down.A mobile that has a unique IMEI number can be traced in case it's stolen or some other security reasons.For a short ammount of time our customs barred the no-IMEI handsets & then they came out with identical IMEI ones.Although our Intelligence Bureau recommend the Department Of Telecommunication to impose a complete ban on Chinese handsets, the final decision is delayed as usual (Typical Indian ishtyle).The implementation is inevitable & that might even be tomorrow itself & then those fancy Chinese phones will make a very good show piece if not anything else.And forget about selling those in TE's market.Still worth the dough ? Hell yeah if you're stinkin' rich :hap2:

Well I never said P3470+ on that website is the original phone in the first place.

The link that i gave you is to clarify if there is indeed a P3470 by HTC or not.

The + sign on the website is maybe because they are giving Google Android OS as an alternative to WM6.1 (Hope you have read the specifications)

Not that i am defending the website for some reason. And i do know that stuff of that website is poop infront of the original stuff.

Yeah the AURA is definitely fake . Moto Aura sells for 1lac here . However instead of the piece they have put up the pic of moto aura only . The features may be correct but the pic is definitely not
