Was the first expensive phone for me after i started my job, had bough for 17000 Rs from Alfa.
Since then, i have never spent more than this amount on any single phone.
But i believe K750i was a true gem of piece.

Hope to see better functioning and sober looking phones from Sony!

And what's with the "we won't see any more phones?" :S This is just a buyout, Sony will still make phones. Instead of the name Sony Ericsson, you will see Sony. Sony is taking over Ericsson and will have complete control over it. This would actually improve the quality of their products.
