Hey,
Iv got a sony vaio cr35g laptop which i bought just a year ago..
bt recently my dvd writer is not detecting any cd's nor is writing any cds/dvds.
It only reads DVD's. I had given it to the sony authorised center once and they cleaned the dvd writers lense. After that cd and dvds were reading as well as writing..bt again the problem has started.
Can anyone please tell me can any possible solution for this problem and if i have to replace the dvd writer the sony people are saying it will cost me 4K...so is there any other option and what if i go to some local computer hardware store and ask for a dvd writer for the laptop??..how much will it cost me????
