My laptop VPCCB15FG has switchable graphics. Few days ago, the dedicated gpu stopped appearing in device manager. And now it won't pass the Vaio logo in the boot screen. Even BIOS setup does not open.

This is the second time this issue has occurred. My laptop is not under warranty.

Last time I had this problem in December 2013, I had to replace my laptop. It cost me 19k. What should I do now? I can't go on spending 19k every 6 months to replace a mobo. My parents would kill me this time.

Last thing that I could try is baking the mobo in oven to reflow the gpu joints but I am not sure that it will solve my problem.
