The budget is determined by the physical condition of the headset and how much of it is functional.
I can go from 300rs: paperweight- completely dead and bad condition to 2k: battery, sound, connectivity or any other issues that makes it unusable, but it is in decent condition and turning on.
I'm not interested in broken parts; it needs to be in one piece. No makeshift repairs of any kind. Cushion cups aren't important to me as long as they're there. They could be in terrible shape or in good shape, doesn't matter.
