jesal bro no phone in this world is 10 out of 10 unless they are sealed, once opened it becomes 9.8 whether you use it for 1 sec only, ygpm for the phone
 
Do you seriously want someone to buy the phone thinking its in perfect condition only to receive it with a worn out power button? Thats just asking for trouble. Besides who to say theres something else worn out that you haven't mentioned now.
