CPU/Mobo Sound issue

Okay guys, I have this mobo M4A88TD-M EVO USB3
I have windows 7
64 bit.
The problem I am facing is that I can't get simultaneous audio from both my speakers and my headphones. I have this setup:

The black port has the side speakers, 2.1, and the green has the headphone, red has the mic. Now I should be getting output from all, but I am getting output only from the green, i.e. my headphone. If I connect my speakers to the green output comes from that too.
How do I get simultaneous output from headphones and speakers both?

okay guys, now suggest me how do I put the jacks in so as to get simultaneous output from both headphone and speakers
?
 
If you want simultanious Audio , connect Speaker to rear output and headphone to front panel. At least it works for me.
 
Doesn't work in my case. If I plug in front headphone, speaker audio gets muted :/ there is an option to turn this off, but then simultaneous but different audio will stream from different ports :/
