Recently I came across about this speed reading concept and frankly I am fascinated by it.
Read a few articles about it and also watched some videos in Youtube.
I don't know how(or if it) is possible - but 1000 WPM seems amazing to me. (though in one video the presenter claims even 2500 WPM is achievable with practice). I would be happy to have 500-600WPM speed.
So, wanted to know/discuss with fellow TE folks, if anyone a speed reader or tried ever?
From what I have learn till now, the main hurdles in the process are
With a finger point I can restrict the eye movement, and with little bit of more concentration - I can control the regression - but no way to stop those voices in my head.
Do anybody have any clue?

From what I have learn till now, the main hurdles in the process are
- Sub-vocalization
- Regression (which is re-reading line/paragraph because nothing was understood on first read)
- Inefficient eye-movement
