For last two days my broadband connection (749 NU+MTNL @ up to 2mbps) is giving me some trouble.
I have 502T router and problem is that there is no light in ADSL led. So the line is dead. It happened just out of blue. My phone is working fine, it's just that ADSL line is simply dead. The router does not even try and connect ADSL.
It's first time I have faced such a thing. Now the funny thing is that, a day before yesterday at around 4 in night the link suddenly came back. Again out of blue. But in the evening next day it was dead again.
Because of weekend, I could not really get in touch with MTNL people so don't know why it's happening. Has anyone else with MTNL faced this trouble? And if yes, what you did to sort it out.
I will talk to my exchange guys tomorrow.
Update: The connection was alright after 10 PM on Sunday. It seems the problem was with local exchange.
