Services.exe:
This is the Services Control Manager, which is responsible for running, ending, and interacting with system services.
The services.exe file is located in the C:\Windows\System32 folder. In other cases, services.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm! The viruses or trojans associated are:

i already have one set of services.exe, winlogon.exe and lsass.exe running and there is another set running under my user name... so how do i remove them
