I had just closed two deals with vinaycm

I rated him for the first deal, but when I try to rate him for the second deal, I get a message

Sorry, but you must wait until 3 Feb 10 at 07:24 PM before you can rate this person again.

This was when I had rated him for the first deal.

Obviously that time is past, and I'm still getting this message, and I cant rate him for the second deal.

Any idea why ?

this issue seems to have fixed itself, But I'm still curious why it happened

The forum uses a vBulletin plugin for iTrade system.

The plugin comes with many settings like:

1) Forum sections in which member can leave iTarde.

2) Minimum number of days member must wait to leave iTrade again to same member.

3) Maximum iTrade one member can give in 24 hours.

etc....

So, error message you were getting was probably due to some settings by forum administrator.

Even I had got some such error long time back when I tried to give rating to two different dealers on same day. I think the minimum waiting time is around 26-30 hours. It's not 24. I tried at 24+ hrs and got the error.

Anyway, the error comes because we cannot give more than 1 iTrader rating in 1 day or whatever time period has been set. That is to prevent fraud ratings I think. See the Itrader rules for more info.
