Sorry, but taking into account the Quality of most Nokia handsets, i'll advise you against that unless you are very sure of the source. A nice cam, mp3 playback, bluetooth etc. are pretty basic features you can find them on a bunch of entry level phones. I'd suggest you take a look into SE W302/Nokia 5310.
