Suggest a non-touchscreen phone, budget max 15k

Need to buy a new phone for someone in next 1.5 Months.
Following are the requirements

1. NON-Touchscreen - Don't need any touchscreen.
2. Bluetooth A2DP
3. Normal Keypad - No QWERTY
4. Good camera preferred
5. FM Radio, Music player etc should be there.
6. 3G would be a welcome addon.

Is the Nokia X3-02 officially available in India. I could find few listings of the same on ebay.in but not available on flipkart, tradus i guess

nokia n86 can come easily in dis budget
8mp camera,
dual slide, 1for keypad 2nd for music controls,
auto rotate feature,
8gb internal memory, xpandable upto 16 gb
gud cell to buy, my frnd has it

N86 available for around 20k as per Nokia India website (although could not find on ebay etc)
