Suggest a Tablet to replace laptop (requirements inside)

Want to buy a tablet not for calling purpose but for using it in place of my laptop, just for portability. I want a tablet which performs the necessary tasks for me like surfing the net, perform office work in MS Office, PDFs etc. Which would be the best fulfilling the following specifications-

1. Best in the market.

2. Good portability.

3. Runs MS Office, opens and edits pdfs.

4. Plug in pen drives, dongles etc.

Budget is not a concern, but features are. OS could be either Windows or Android. Still anything under 10,000?

If budget is not a concern, have a look at microsoft surface series (surface pro 2 or surface pro 3). That will suit your requirement perfectly.
