suggest digital camera for around 10k

hi,
need to buy p&s cam for around 10k max upto 12k,no brand preference
i have shortlisted 2 please help me decide
1.sony w350 around 12k
2.nikon s4000 around 11k

if you have any other good cam suggestion please post that also
