Monitors Suggest LCD Monitor, Budget 12k

I want to buy a LCD monitor....

Budget: 12k max.
Requirements: atleast 21inch , Full HD

Now Please give first and topmost priority to Led LCD.
If there is no Led LCD under this range then suggest me any other but then it shud be under 10k.
And please suggest sensible companies like benq , AOC etc....

Ya I recently saw an AOC 22" LED Monitor available for Rs. 10,500/- with Integrated Webcam, 2ms Response time and 1,00,000:1 DCR in Cost to Cost, Nehru Place, New Delhi. Anyways I got Samsung P2370MS Multi Konect Monitor for Rs. 14,500/-. Will be also getting a DTH Set-Top Box along with it as a free gift.
 
U wont get led monitors for your budget. Led LCD are 4k more than the retail price but worth the feature. For ur budget u can get Full HD 24" LCD. For low price get an any Benq model 24" that has HDMI, DVI and VGA ports. that are at least 3 to 4 models . One if G2420 HD which would retail within 10.5k. Also recommend Dell S2409W - 12,500 and ST2410 - 12700.
