Less than 10K Suggest me a cheap tablet with cellular support

MMX Funbook accessories failed after 3 months in my case. And their service is pathetic too.. I would stay away from them

Yes, if one goes by technology! But, depends on your requirements. If gaming is a need, better look at other options, like Nexus 7. 2012 model should be available at <10k (used).

No gaming at all. Zero gaming. And no used, need a new one.
And also there are many fun book variants, which one you would recommend?

Then the Asus one you have selected seems decent., cnet too has OK (3/5) review on that.
If possible go to a shop and feel the interface. Large shops like Reliance Digital/Croma have decent stocks. That would give you the best idea of the feel of the tab which no amount of reviews/advice can give!
Call Asus service in your city and see the response. There is a significant difference in response in some companies depending on your location. One hopes that one would never need service, but just in case...
Many times they do have a good idea which models have been more problematic.
If you are reasonably satisfied with the reception of the CC to your call....go ahead.
