No no dont buy HD5850, wait for a little more time. End of this month that's all. and you'll see prices fall.

And for monitor, recommend BenQ G2220HD FULL HD (1920x1080) @ 7.5k

For gaming, the i5 760 is recommended, but you can stick to the Phenom II X6 1055T also.
 
Consider the MSI GTX460 1Gb "Talon Attack" as the GFx card

for processor i recommend the Phenom II X6 or Core i5 760 or COre i7 870

The MSI Talon attack will be around ~ 15K

AMD Phenom II x6 1055T ~ 10.5K

Intel Core i5 760 ~ 9.5K

Intel Core i 7 870 ~ ?????K, not even seen it ever in Bangalore :(

AMD Phenom II 1090T ~ 13.5K

and Compaddicts price for monitor is right

Are you looking to buy only CPU + Mobo + GPU + Monitor ? Or are you in need of everything else except Seagate 1tb Hard disk keyboard,Mouse,Speakers ? If that clears out - I can pitch in my take...

Considering the OP is not looking to over clock the faster mem , and higher clocks on the shader might come in handy - but then if you are at a 15k budget - I'd buy a ATi 5850 since it performs than any other 460 Out there - the 5850 costs approx ~15k + Shipping v/s HAWK Talon ~ 14k + Shipping - Somehow I see the 5850 being better vs the Talon that is ...

Dont, stick to the CM 430 good cabby...

But seriously, put off the gfx purchase till another 2 weeks. Get the HD6800 it's gonna launch at GTX460 price, only faster.
 
^^ I would go in with a ATi 5770 or so nVidia GPU + AMD CPU :S Might bring in fresh issues..let the experts comment on this one..If the OP decides to go SLi that is..

@OP : You could also take in ASUS ASUS M4A87TD into consideration...
