suggest me a digicam with HD video

i want any brand any megapixel camera with HD video recording, just dont suggest fuji av100 gr8 cam but has sme issues and its so freaking cheap 4000rs only lolzzz

quality is gud regarding both pics n movie. When i buyed it around 10 months back it was priced around 29.9k here in india, current mrp is 25k. I bought this cam from Kualalampur it was almost 25% cheaper ther and got made in Japan make too.

This cams only competitor that time was Canon SX1 IS but it was lil bit pricey thn this one. Check that too and others.

I just bought a panasonic Tz10. Excellent camera. Can record in HD resolutions. Have 12x optical zoom. Got it for 16200.
