Suggest me an payment gateway

Can suggest me an international payment gateway? This is how transaction happens:

X -> Me -> Y

X pays to me and I pay that money to Y. Both X & Y are from different countries. I have a site, where X makes payment to me and I transfer that amount to Y later.

Paypal will be very costly. Any other solutions?
 
That won't be possible unless you have an escrow account. Plus your company needs yo be valid in govt eyes to be a banking or finance company/ or some sort of institution that can deal in foreign transactions directly and pay taxes.
I heard of some German guys who started some company on this system. Don't remember the name.

sorry on my part as I did not provide full details. I don't want to start a financial firm to transfer monies.

For an example, lets take ebay. Or even TE market. S - seller and B - buyer (instead of confusing X & Y)

S posts on TE to sell one of his mobiles. B likes the deal and he pays to TE. S delivers the goods to B and buyer confirms it and then TE makes payment to S.

B -> TE -> S

However in my case both B & S people may be from other countries. I can use paypal, however the charges will be heavy.

TLDR; for an online site like ebay.com, what kind of payment gateway I should use?
 
B($) -> TE(rupees) -> S(£)
Every way you look at it you will face conversion charges. You need a temp account to hold money coming from both parties too. You can't directly convert from $-£ in India I suppose. I may be wrong on that part though.
