Laptops Suggest Me Laptop RAM 2GBX2 :: 4GB FOR DELL INSPIRON 1720

Hi Team,

I have Dell Inspiron 1720. Recently i upgraded my laptop with x64 OS. So i want to upgrade my RAM.

currently i have 2 GB DDR2 SD Ram. 667MHZ.

I wanted to upgrade Ram with 4 GB. I know there is not slot left on mother board so i will remove 1GBX2 Ram from my system and wanted to install 2GBX2.

Please suggest me Which Ram should i buy? i am not tech guy so i don't know which Ram is suitable for my system. does any SD DDR2 RAM works on my system?

If possible also prove me the price for RAM.

yeah.. all rams would be suitable for the system.. but when you buy them be sure to get the laptop rams .. shud cost bout 1.3-1.8k/gb depending on brand..

Id suggest kingston/corsair!

how is transcend? i am getting 2GB for 2035Rs so 4GB 4070Rs

Corsair 2GB 2515Rs:( 4GB 5030Rs
 
id say get the corsair.. i think they have 10 yrs warranty.. (tho i doubt ud even want to use it for such a long period of timme.! ) ;)

else transcend is also good.. should be about the same price as kingston!

if u have the budget opt for corsair.. else transcend isnt bad aswel!

yeh! i placed order for 2GBX2 Corsair Ram at TheITDepot :)
