Suggest Personal cloud such as OwnCloud

Hi,

I have my own website where I would like to have my personal cloud. It should work similar to Google Cloud (Drive). The features I am looking for are:

  1. Windows Desktop Client to automatically backup selected folders.
  2. Android Client to automatically sync and upload photos (Does android allow automatic upload of photos other than Google Photos?)
  3. Either free or 1 time fee.
I have briefly tried playing with OwnCloud but for some reason the desktop syncing stopped and it does not log in.

Please suggest a personal cloud solution.[DOUBLEPOST=1461581169][/DOUBLEPOST]OK. Figured out the problem to be due to Windows hibernate. After restarting the desktop client everything seems to be working OK. Downloaded the Android client and uploading photos and videos instantly. So far so good...
