I have a suggestion for cabinets

NZXT Tempest EVO -- the best case under 6000/- gets everything you want plus E-ATX support, 6 fans bundled with the purchase, dust-filters and a cavernous inside -- NZXT Tempest EVO Review - Page 1/6 | techPowerUp
NZXT Tempest Evo « XSReviews

Indian pricing ~ Theitdepot - NZXT EVO Tempest Gaming Cabinets -- Chennai
TheITWares - One Stop for all Gizmos!NZXT TEMPEST Enthusiast Steel Mid-Tower - TheITWares -- Bombay

I own a Cooler Master Scout, not a very great buy in comparison to the Tempest EVO. Outclassed in all aspects except the look and lighting.

If you are talking about K62, it has less space compared to tempest for graphic card but not a problem if you are not buying HD5870/90 or similar GPU's.
Next difference is the HDD mounting, Tempest support 8 where as K62 support 5 (not very sure on this).
The build quality of both is more or less same. Check both and see which suits your needs.

NZXT Tempest EVO period. And vivacious_tg has answered too.

Think about it @5700/- 6 fans pre-bundled, dust-filters, E-ATX support and the best air-flow in class.

Agree!! but Six fans are loud. Even if you plug four of them into the mainboard and run them at the lowest possible setting

and

plenty of cable mess & Limited cable management & hiding possibilites

:(

Never gonna use such lengthy & high end GFX card

8 HDD Bays, no use re, even 3 chalega..own 2x 3TB enough...lol!!

why I look for lancool is- Expansion slot tool less feature they are offerin plus screwless PSU fitting but cost bit higher.

whereas most liked feature in Tempest evo is Dust Proof, Dust is big concern as i'm stayin near Industrial area.

Then checkout the HAF 912 advanced. it comes with two 200mm fans which offer decent airflow with lower noise. It is not exactly value for money IMO (it should have been priced around 5k) but it is solid nevertheless.
