Graphic Cards Suggest VFM HD graphics card

Hey guys,
im on a tight budget.Need a decent,value for money HD graphics card for playing movies on a 24"HD monitor.
Wats the best gfx card that i can get between 2k t 3k. with dvi,hdmi ports??:huh:.

let me know my cheapest option along with the one level higher option.
Also pls suggest which does more justice...ATI or Nvidia

9500gt will be enough for hd movie watching but don't except gaming from this card.

Palit 9500gt will come ard 3k

I would suggest a HD 4670 because ATi is always superior in terms of IQ = Image Quality. A second hand one should come for about 2-3k.

Wouldn't a ATI HD4350 or Nvidia 9400GT suffice for HD?

Why to go for 3K when u can have something which will handle full HD at ease for 2k.:bleh:
