Forum Feedback Suggestion : A new usage for the sidebar buttons.

Hi,

While surfing the net, i got this idea.

Right now two out of the four sidebar buttons are not working. Even the RSS feed one is not working.

My suggestion is can the admins link the lower-right one with the forum rules, instead of keeping that idle, it would be useful for the newbies as well as for the others.

If this idea is absurd, feel free to trash my post
