Looking forward to gift a RC helicopter/drone kind of thing to a relatives kid.. (12 years old angry boy)..
History: Gifted in past while he was 5 years and I broked it myself
(helicopter flew upto 5th floor, couldnt control and it all broke while getting same down).. 
As in title max budget allocated is 3000, but If there are good alternatives, I can increase pricing as well.
Since kid studies in day school, he will wish for heavy lightning kind of device, to be able to enjoy same in late evenings (after dusk) .
There are many indian sites too selling these equipments, I will wait if anyone has interests/ideas in this things.
