Graphic Cards Suggestion for Graphic Card

My Current Configuration are

CPU - AMD Fx 6300
MoBo - MSI 970
SMPS - Corsair VX450w
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 4GB X 2 = 8GB
Monitor - Benq G2412HD
Cabinet - NZXT Gamma
HDD - Seagate 1 TB
CPU Cooler - Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler
Fans - 2 X NXZT Fans + 2 X Corsair SP120 Fans
Gfx - MSI R4850 512MB DDR3

So Kindly Suggest Graphic Card Under 15k - 16k which will run on Corsair VX450 OR Gprahic Card + Power Supply for 15k - 16k
Prefered - AMD (First) / Nvidia will also do
Purchasing from Online or Locally from Navi Mumbai / Mumbai

yup! the gfx 960 is leading in this price range! very silent. it requires only 120w when oc 140w. ur psu should do the job!
this gfx has factory oc!

From AMD there is the r9 270x and the r9 370 in that range but both are significantly slower than the gtx 960 and use more power (they will work off you're psu though). the 270x is ~14k but not worth it considering the 960 rivals the r9 280/380 in performance and handily beats them in power usage. Also, even if you are able to get a 280/280x for a good price you will need to up the psu to a 500w+ one.
