Suggestions and Price corrections on Proposed Build

Guys, I have been looking around a lot for the perfect build within my budget, around 70,000. Correct any price quotes you suspect might not be correct or any hardware that could be a better value for money.

Motherboard: MSI Z68A-GD55(G3) - 10000/- OR (B3) - 8500/-

GPU: MSI GTX560TI HAWK (OC to 950MHz w/ Twin Frozr III) 1GB - 14300/-

CPU: Intel i5 2500k (Please advise if Phenom X6 1100T is a better choice, of course the best available motherboard too then.) - 10800/-

PSU: Corsair GS 600 - 4000/-

Case: Corsair 400R Carbide - 5000/-

HDD: Seagate 7200 rpm Barracuda 1TB - 5500/-

SSD: OCZ Agility SATA 3 60GB - 6200/-

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - 1700/-

CD/DVD Drive: LG GH22N70 DVD/CD RW Combo - 950/-

RAM: 2 x Ripjaws X 1600 4GB - 3000/-

Monitor: BenQ G2220HD - 6950/-

I/O: Logitech G1 Combo - 1800/-

I think ripjwas are available for 2.8k here link Buy Gskill RAM in India | Gkill RAM Specification | Gaming RAM
For PSU go for Seasonic s12II 620 watts as it is better and has amazng reviews and only costs 300 RS more.

Dont go for AMD when you can afford i52500k + Z68/p67 mobo and this combo is far more better than AMD and will be future proof IMO.

Rest its a Awesome rig and dont give more than the price you quoted they all are correct.

You could have saved 6k by dropping SSD.

Thats a cool beast :p
would like to see some pics in Show off thread. :)

The Cooler Master Hyper 212+ has been superseded by the Hyper 212 EVO ~ 2100/-, here is a review -- Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Review » Page 5 - Conclusion - Overclockers Club.

For Gaming keyboard + mouse combo go for the Razer Cyclosa -- a better mouse, but a below average keyboard [you can't read any characters] -- 2500/-.
