Suggestions for10/11" Netbook around15-16k

I want to buy a netbook around 15-16k max and screen size of 10/11" max.

Usage is web browsing, can play 720/1080p videos smoothly(i know its no use to play 1080p on netbook but wanna play using HDMI port)need to have HDMI port. good battery life.

Can HP mini 110 play HD videos 720p not 1080p?

Any other laptop in price range of 14-15k that can play 720p?

Check if they have any 12" ones. An asus 12XX some mode is there.

Besides a 10" and 720p????

There are many netbooks in the market that are available at this price range. You can choose from netbooks by Samsung, Asus, Compaq etc. In all the Intel Atom processor based netbooks the battery life is very good. In a new netbook it will be atleast 8 hours. My 1 year old netbook is still giving a battery life of 6 hours.
